The E & B Brewery Lofts are housed in the historic Eckhardt & Becker Brewery, where beer was brewed from 1891 to 1969. In 1969, the brewery closed and the building reopened in 1970 with some of the first residential loft spaces in Detroit. The building stands fifteen stories tall- the tallest building in the Eastern Market- and offers beautiful skyline views of Downtown Detroit.
In early 2012, the Red Bull House of Art opened up in the building. The art gallery is one of only three Houses of Art in the world, and the only one of its kind in North America. House of Art supplies 8 different local artists every 3 months with the tools and materials they need, offers them studio space and showcases their work in the gallery.
Each office is independently owned and operated. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
